I'm Jessica, a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP with experience in a range of counselling, from dealing with bereavement, to counselling for anxiety, depression and trauma.
In my practice, located Chatham, Kent, I'm committed to delivering client-centered support and offer my clients an open, safe and non-judgmental space. I’m passionate about helping people through difficult times in their lives, and to help them understand more about themselves.
I currently work in Private Practice offering support for a wide range of issues, which you can see listed below.
Training, qualifications and experience
I am an experienced BACP Registered Counsellor and have been helping clients manage their emotions, deal with life events and process trauma for over three years. As well as running my private practice, I have also worked in a Doctor's Surgery, a Hospice and a charity offering general counselling support. As well as the qualifications listed below, I undertake yearly CPD training to keep my skills and knowledge up to date and to continue to expand on what i can offer my clients.
I hold a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS)
I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZA794302)
